FlossTube #13 - Lots of cross stitch goodies

FlossTube #13 April 15th, 2023 – Cross stitch fun 

Welcome to our 13th FlossTube!! 

Peter was busy so I decided to go ahead and jump in to do this FlossTube by myself.  Definitely different but I enjoyed sharing with you what I’ve been up to including many planned new starts.

Quilt featured is a small paper pieced wall hanging called “Dancing Ribbons” from 2010 Quilters World.  Very colorful and so much fun putting it together.

Current FFO’s:

I had one FFO this month from Brenda Gervais book “Keeper of the Pins”.  I did an adaptation of three of these beautiful stitches that would fit on one of Peter’s spools. I had so much fun doing this piece and am so looking forward to doing another adaptation soon.

WIP’s:

I have been working on three WIP’s:

• “Tetelestai” by Quaint Rose Needlearts stitching on 36 count linen from Seraphim – Prairie Grass with NPI Silk #504 Chinese Red
• WIPGO # 17 – “Tender Father Sampler” by Tree of Life Samplings -Jan Alexander Zellers.  Stitching on 36 count R&R American Chestnut with Gentle Art School House Red
*      The last wip is a secret stitch so can't share it with you yet.
