Life Updates

We ended up rehoming Daisy. It was the perfect scenario: a woman recently retired from being a school teacher and divorced after 24 years took her and they are getting along great. 
Dad was in the hospital again and fell. He was living at my house for a week.  He is now home and on hospice, but doing decent currently. My sister is here from TN. now staying with him. I’m allergic to cats and can’t live with him. He has congestive heart failure, kidney failure, aortic aneurysm and a few other things. 
Corbin just turned 17 months and last weekend said Papa for the first time, no Mimi yet.

Fully finished this week

Sorry again, no fully finished items as I have not made time for finishing.

Two pumpkins Bright by Liz Mattews messed up, so I just finished up the border and added elements, which will probably make a small pillow finish. 
Autumn rules finished up. Had to take out one row because I had a finishing piece I wanted to use to make it fit and didn’t realize until right at the end. 
This is a retreat piece by Cathy Habermann for the Chantelle’s 141 Design Pep Rally early next month in September. We are going to add specialty stitches while at retreat and finish while we are at retreat. She said this is going to be a series I believe. 
Thread Milk Design For the Bowl Series #2 Happy Thanksgiving. I didn’t use the called for colors I changed. Started at One Day Brick City retreat and finished on the Monday following.

Teresa Kogut Dear Santa Patreon July Chart. I Picked my own colors close to the called for dmc only I used fancy floss. Using 20 count Cream and Sugar by Fiber on a Whim.
New Start first pattern by Chris the camping stitcher. Stitcher's Prayer. My friend Felicia started a SAL #stitchersprayersal. I am doing it on 20 counts and one thread over one with my own thread conversion.
