Flosstube 84- new month, new start (ish)

Summary AI

Marie from Writing Stitches shares her August stitching stats and September plans. She completed 18,080 stitches in August, including finishing a column on Princess number 10, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, which was mostly black and allowed for a fast stitching session. She also gridded an entire piece, though the margins are uneven, and plans to work on it later. For September, Marie has pulled the Poinsettia Pixie from Dark Cross Stitch as her WIPGO piece, which she adopted from Nadia. This piece is on 25-count pre-gridded fabric and involves tent stitches, all new to her. She plans to stitch cross country, changing the hair color to blonde, and will use a Q-Snap for tension. She will also continue working on the mural piece, with weekly updates planned. Marie discusses her work schedule changes and how they might allow more stitching time. She expresses excitement and nervousness about the new techniques and finishes by asking viewers to like, comment, and subscribe.

gotta say, I'm both excited and kinda scared to work on this month's WIPGO piece. new things always bring this reaction.
if this goes well I'll put my little pony and a HAED piece on the 32ct, very exciting stuff. probably not going to happen this year, but I can plan for a while before actually doing something, right?
