Homemade Granola:

4 cups Rolled Oats 
3/4 cups chopped raw walnuts
3/4 cups chopped raw pecans 
1/2 cup coconut 
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup honey 
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt 
2 tsp vanilla 

Bake at 350 degrees for 24 minutes stirring once at 12 minutes into baking.
Once cooled I add:
1/2 cup raisins 
1/2 cup cranberries 
1/2 cup dried blueberries 
1/2 cup dried cherries 
1 cup freeze dried strawberries
