Here is the conversion I used for Pledge of Allegiance:
Instead of CC Black Coffee, I used WDW Gunmetal
Instead of CC Piney Woods, I used CC Pea Pod
Instead of WDW Chesapeake, I used WDW Americana
Instead of WDW Cayenne, I used WDW Candy Apple
Instead of DMC 3830, I used WDW Watermelon Punch
Instead of WDW Grits, I used DMC B5200
I used DMC 944 and CC Nature Trail just like the pattern. I did not use DMC 928 in my version.
