Merry Christmas!  See what we are stitching for our Christmas holidays.

Per request:

Special K Bars

1C sugar
1C corn syrup
Bring to a boil 
Add in
1C peanut butter
Stir until blended then add
2 t vanilla
Mix in 6 scant cups of Special K cereal.
Press into 9 x 13 inch pan.

Frosting:
6oz. Semi sweet chocolate chips
6oz. Butterscotch chips
Melt and blend until smooth and then spread on top of the cereal mixture.  Sprinkle with chopped nuts such as pecans or walnuts(optional).  Once completely cooled and the frosting is set cut into small squares.  Enjoy!
