The ribbon types discussed were single vs. double face ribbons and polyester vs. 100% silk
The dark blue ribbon shown is a single face, bias cut habotai silk with a raw edge.  It's a very thin silk, which combined with the bias cut gives it a very drapey quality

The papered casket form I showed from Thistle Threads is called a short flat casket, often stitched with Nelham style cartouches.  The Britomart casket is a style called the flat casket, but there are also flat caskets with doors, and slope top caskets.  And those are just the styles that Tricia has reproduced - caskets had a wide variety of variations on the basic box form in the 17th century.
