October to October SAL.  A few of my local and friends and I always start a SAL at StitchWest in October.  Beginning Oct 2024 we will be stitching "Matter in Hand" by Jeanette Douglas. --Baby Jesus, Mill Hill kit, kit paper, floss, and beads.
--Peppermint Place by Blackberry Lane.  2 over 2 on 32ct gingerbread by PTP, called for DMC and beads.
--Christmas Village Ornaments by Dimensions.  Finished 2 of them.  2 over 2 with kit floss on 36ct cream linen.
–Santa 2012, by Prairie Schooler.  2 over 1 on 18ct Linen Aida, Called for DMC.
–Santa 2021, by Prairie Schooler.  1 over 1 on 7ct Klostern, using Perle Cotton #3 in the DMC colors.
--Manger Ornament by Allessandra Adelaide. 1 over 2 on 25ct evenweave.
--Green Coat Santa by Teresa Kogut.  Called for DMC, except subbed SNC “Winter Moon” for the beard & snow color, and subbed Bayberry for the coat color, and changed the dark green color.  1 over 1 on 28ct Evenweave, mystery color.

Finishes:
--Robin Christmas Patchwork SAL by Historical Sampler Company (HistoricalSamplerCompany.co.uk).  First part released on Oct 14.  4 parts, will be released by email every two weeks.  2 over 2 on 32ct Sage Green linen, called for DMC.
--"Kingdom of Books" by Andrianna (kit).  2 over 1 on 18ct caramel creme aida using the kit floss.
--Scottish Door.  Riolis Kit.  Using the fabric and floss that came with the kit.
--Rainbow Colour Blocks by Vivsters.  1 over 1 on 46ct white linen with the called for DMC.
--Paint Box by Betsy Morgan (Toy Box Etui).  1 over 2 on the kit fabric and using the kit silks.
--Spring Creek Fever, kit by Elsa Williams.  1 over 2 on 40ct "All the Things" by Mystic Fabrics.  Kit floss. (Forgot to show, it is at my dad's house)
--Make Today Count by Hands on Design. 2 over 2 on 32ct Slate by Fabrics by Stephanie with the called for DMC
--Faery Square by Carolyn Manning Designs. 1 over 2 on 46ct "Frost" by BeStitchMe.  DMC floss, I changed about half of the colors.
--Gnome Olympics or Les Olympiades des Gnomes by Jardin Prive, 1 over 2 on Intense Linen by Fortnight, called for DMC.

Starts:
--Winter Woods by Satsuma Street.  2 over 1 on 16ct Gothic Aida by Picture This Plus.  Called for Cosmo threads.
--Winter Moon by Plum Street Samplers.  1 over 2 on 40ct Saltbush by Fox & Rabbit, called for threads.
--First Frost by Hands On Design.  Shepherd's Bush conversion of floss on 32ct Fog, 2 over 2.

WIPs (Works in Progress):
--"Fabulous Houses SAL" by Cottage Garden Samplings.  1 over 2 on 46ct "Prehistoric" by Fox & Rabbit, called for threads. Changed the 3865 to Blanc on all sections.  Used DMC 936 and 937 for the Hobbit Door.
--"Hometown" by Teresa Kogut. 1 over 2 on 46ct "Buttercream" by Lakeside Linens, called for DMC.
--Bingo d'Automne by Delphine Luthine and Gribouille LeChat.  1 over 2 on 40ct "Leaf 2" linen by Fabric Flair.  Silks and DMC from my stash, used Threadworx 1044 for the border. --Fall Folk by Hands on Design.  2 over 2 on 32ct Driftwood Evenweave by Fabrics by Stephanie.  Called for threads.
--Christmas Eve Sampler by Joan Elliott.  2 over 2 on 28ct “Daybreak” by Polstitches.  DMC 310 Floche.
--Hark the Herald by Cricklewood Crossing. 1 over 2 on 40ct Bungalow by Forbidden Fiber Co.  Called for Forbidden Fiber colors plus a few overdyeds I subbed for the DMC colors.
--Christmas Village Afghan by Stoney Creek.  4 over 2 on 20ct Lugana, called for DMC.
--12 Days of Christmas by Hello from Liz Mathews.  1 over 2 on 46 ct antique white linen, called for NPI silks.
