Variety Show

Deviled Eggs

6 eggs, hard-boiled eggs, completely cooled
1/4 cup mayo
1 t. white vinegar
1 t. prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pepper
Paprika

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and place in a non-reactive bowl. Mash the yolks with the other ingredients except paprika until smooth and return yolk mixture to shells. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
