Cross Stitcher magazine vintage edition. Flosstube Extra Part 1 #flosstube #crossstitch #stitching

Summary AI

In this Flosstube extra, Sharon flips through the first ten issues of CrossStitcher magazine, from issue one to issue ten, sharing vintage designs, cover kits, and nostalgic memories. She reflects on how cross stitch has changed over the decades, noting the simpler designs and the abundance of needlework shops listed in the old buyer's guides. She also mentions her own stitching history, including a family sampler from around 1994, and invites viewers to get in touch if they recognise any designs or have stitched projects from the magazines. The video ends with a UK-only giveaway of duplicate issues, and Sharon plans to continue the series in future parts.

Description from YouTube
This has been so much fun going through the magazines. I initially thought I'd flip through them all in half an hour, how wrong was I. 10 issues at a time is the way to go.

If you see anything you want clarity on or if you have appeared in or stitched any of the projects shown please get in touch at stitchedoodle@gmail.com.

I'd love to know I'm not the only cross stitching dinosaur 😁

Thanks for watching
Sharon
