Fox & Rabbit Elizabeth Campbell 1838 is stitched on 48 count Legacy Linen Marchpane, with the following (incomplete) conversion:
Soie Surfine 2627, 2681, 2707, 2718, 2779
NB: remove the 2 and you have the 100/3 color number

But with the following variations:  begin with 4mm bicones (I used crystal shimmer), and size 15 and 11 seed beads.  Make two spirals.  For the next spiral, use 5mm bicones, size 15 and 11 seed beads.  For the next spiral, use 5 mm bicones with size 11 and 8 seed beads.  Then use 6mm bicones with size 11 and 8 seed beads, continue until icicle is desired length.
Weave in both ends, adding an ornament hanger at the top, and a pear drop pendant at the bottom (if desired)
