It's new release day! I'm really excited to bring a monthly mindfulness stitching pattern to you. I've designed a series of small patterns that you stitch every day to track your moods. mood tracking is great for mental health and mindfulness, and as stitchers, I know we often use our craft as stress relief. These patterns combine those 2 practices in 1, and I hope you enjoy stitching them!
