Flosstube #27 Ideas for Needle Minders, Wips and New Patterns

My project bags measure 15 1/2 inches wide and 12  1/2 inches tall.  Listed below is the you tube video by Erica Arndt.  I basically follow her instructions on how to make my bags but made mine 1 inch wider.  I did used the tissue paper technique that The fat quarter shop used to help make sewing the vinyl easier.
