I used chocolate chips semi sweet Turn Oreos into crumbs in a food processor. Using mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add Oreos crumbs until all is combined into a chocolatey dough. Roll into 1 inch balls and chill until very firm. Melt chocolate You can melt it carefully in microwave. Dip into chocolate. Put truffles back in fridge until chocolate is set.
