*Please note I misspoke about Aida cloth: I know it to be 100% cotton, not synthetic nor a synthetic blend. Aida is manufactured in a way, though, that gives it a very even weave, perfect if you don't like slubs in your fabric (that often appear in linens) and want perfectly square stitches! Evenweave fabrics are made with varying percentages of natural and synthetic fibers.*
