Hi everyone, welcome to my Special Edition FlossTube: Carter House Sampler 1817 Today we will be looking at the Carter House Sampler and we will take a field trip to the log cabin where Mary (Polly) Atkinson Carter stitched her sampler as well as the home she lived in with her husband and family in Franklin, Tennessee. 12 years after her death, her home and family would be at the epicenter of the Civil War Battle of Franklin.
