FLOSSTUBE 16: Fractional Stitches

If you have stitched ANY of my patterns, you know I love fractional stitches. I really think they give a piece a little extra. 

I hear a lot of questions about them too. Which fractional do I use? What do I do if it is two fractional stitches in one square? Can I get away with a half stitch instead of a 3/4? 

I'm here to give you at least some answers, and a bit of a walk through on how these stitches work.
