The base kit is $60 and includes the linen, Liberty Tana Lawn used for the lining, coordinating silk ribbon, all threads used, recommended finishing needles, printed templates, and a written guide to the conversion
The kit with finishing back is $78 and includes all of the above, with 2 boxes of silk wrapped purl and a printed guide to the silk wrapped purl edging.

All kits include information on the silk wrapped purl edging and how to make it, although the lighter pink is exclusive to the finishing packs.

My shaded pink Lode Star used Soie d'Alger 1033 for the stitched detailing, and Siser Metal HTV color Tiger Lily Pink for the pink metallic felt.
Gold color Tresse Gimp 12, from a past Thistle Threads Frostings Box, was what I used for my white/gold Lode Star garland, and the Au Ver a Soie metallic braids (size 4) are 001 (silver), 128 (silver gold) and 9282 (gold)
