In today’s video, I’m taking you along for a little look at some of the things that have been happening in my cross stitch world recently — including my holiday haul from Spain, my latest World Map WIP, and something very exciting I found on eBay that I turned into my own cross stitch project! ❤️
🇪🇸 FIRST UP — MY SPAIN HOLIDAY HAUL!
I recently went on holiday to Spain, and of course I couldn’t come home without bringing back a few things! 😂🇪🇸
In the video, I’m showing you what I picked up during my holiday and sharing my little Spain haul with you.
Then we move on to some cross stitch wip, finally I have finished page 3 and started page 4.
🛍️ MY EBAY FIND
But the really fun part of this vlog is something I found on eBay!
I bought a cross-stitchable ribbon, and rather than simply using an existing design, I decided to create my own cross stitch pattern specifically for it.
And yes… I actually designed it AND stitched it in the video! 🧵✨
So you get to see the whole creative process — from finding the unusual craft item, figuring out what I wanted to do with it, designing the pattern and then actually stitching it.
I LOVE projects like this because you never quite know where an interesting little craft find is going to take you! ❤️
