Flosstube #6: The Continuation of Our Lives...And Courtney's Finish Parade!!

Summary AI

Anita and Courtney, hosts of The Stitching Grounds, return for their sixth Flosstube episode, recorded in March. They begin with fully finished objects (FFOs), including a framed baby announcement for Bear and a dragon biscornu, before moving on to finishes, new starts, and works in progress. They share recent purchases, stitchy kindness from friends, and life updates, including Bear's growth and a frustrating car seat shopping experience. The second half of the video is a 'finish parade' where Courtney showcases her extensive collection of completed cross-stitch pieces, many of which are Dimensions kits, along with pieces gifted to family and friends.

  • Anita presents a dragon biscornu and a finished piece called Bobbin by Stacy Nash.
  • Courtney restarts the Winter Doodle on new fabric, Frozen Fractals by Fabrics by Stephanie, and Anita shows her mostly finished Christmas Doodle.
  • They discuss their WIPs, including Aurora Cabin, a Heaven and Earth Designs piece, and a Stitchfinity advent calendar.

  • They mention plans for Stitch Con and a possible retreat preparation video next time.
Description from YouTube
We're back! This video was recorded almost 2 months ago....sorry it took so long to get it edited and published. It's a bit of a long one because we talk about our usual stitchy stuff (And maybe go off on a tangent or two as we're prone to do). Then we show off all of Courtney's finishes she's completed over the last 15+ years of stitching. Hope you enjoy the video!

As always we appreciate any and all feedback our viewers provide!
