Welcome to our 4th video.  We are having so much fun sharing with you what we are working on and being part of this wonderful community.  We hope you will sit a spell, relax and give us a watch.

The quilt featured in this video is from the book “Tradition Wish A Twist” by Blanche Young & Dalene Young Stone.  Amazon has it available it you are interested.  It is a blooming nine-patch quilt and was such a wonderful quilt to piece.

Previous FFO’s:

Peter shares his rustic mushroom that he turned several years ago. Definitely one-of-a-kind!

Kathy shares “Beatitudes” by Little House Needleworks in the beautiful frame that Peter made.

Current FFO’s:

Peter finished the ancient cherry bee skep and showed two other pieces turned from the same wood.

Kathy finished “Rosa Sugars” by Hands Across the Sea Samplers

WIP’s:

Peter has been working on spools in various wood and turning mini bee skeps in various exotic wood.

Kathy has been doing Sampler September which has included:

• G Leger 1898 by Reflets de Soie stitched on 36 Ct Antique White with Lisa Smith’s, Kindred Stitchers floss conversion #refletsdesoiesal
• Noel Sampler by Brenda Gervais stitched on 36 Ct White Clay by Fox & Rabbit with the called for DMC
• Tetelestai by Quaint Rose NeedleArts stitched on 36 Ct Prairie Grass by Seraphim with NPI Silk Chinese Red 504


Plans:

Peter is planning to work on making snowmen and more spools.

Kathy plans on continuing to work on Sampler September on 
• “Antique Rooster Sampler” by JBW Designs 
• “Mary Clayton” by Hands Across the Sea Sampler #maryclaytonSAL 
• “Mini-Bouquet Sampler” by Jeannette Douglas #jddminibouquetSAL 
• “And A Forest Grew” by Rosewood Manor – Karen Kluba  restarting on 40 Ct White Linen with called for DMC  *** Thinking this may become my 25/7 stitch

Also, plans on cutting for blocks on “Firm Foundation” quilt by My Wandering Path
