Theatre Fun Fact: 
What constitutes Broadway.  A Broadway theatre is defined by being over 500 seats, between 42nd and 52nd street in Manhattan. Most are no more then 1 block from the street Broadway.  The only exception is the Lincoln Center on 65th. 41 total Broadway theatre's. There are 10 theatre owners.
