FlossTube #41- Extra! Restoring an Antique 1887 VS2 Singer Treadle. Part 1 The Coffin Top

What?!?  I know this is my cross stitch/quilting channel, but if you've followed me for any length of time, you know I collect vintage and antique sewing machines.  Come hang out with me as I start restoration work on beautiful 1887 Fiddlebase Singer VS2 Treadle Machine.  I'll take you through all the steps of working on the cabinet and the machine.  I definitely consider myself a journeywoman, but I've learned a few things here and there and would love to share them with you.  Today, we're working on the Coffin cover of the machine and also getting a sneak peek at the beautiful machine head with its painted roses and cornflowers.  You'll also get to see a sneak peek of my new kittens.
